Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be happy with every order from Sathya Dharshan.
Cancellations: orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us at +91 90926 99555 or isrfmaster@gmail.com. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
Returns & replacements: if you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. After verification we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Perishable/consumable items (food products, opened soaps, powders and oils) cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they arrived damaged.
Refunds: approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
